I have ordered a month ago hoping to receive the items by Christmas to be given as gifts. The order was placed before the 'cut off' date for Christmas delivery. Since one of the items (stacker ring) was on backorder, I was expecting some delays, but since then the item has been restocked. I have informed my gift recipients that their gifts will be a bit delayed and will arrive by January 1 (as stated on my confirmation order) I gave it a few days before I made contact with Mejuri to follow up my order. The contact information is not easily accessible on the website as it does not provide customers with this information. I had to message via social media in order to obtain this information. Not easy to be in touch for help. Upon conversing with the customer service, they have informed me that my order will not be delivered until the end of January - quite a big delay. They have informed me that the engravable necklace has not even been done yet despite it being ordered a month ago! They claimed this was backorder, but that is not what it stated on my order confirmation - it was only the stacker ring that was backorder. I'm utterly disappointed with my second shopping experience with Mejuri. These items were supposed to be (late) Christmas presents - but wow 29 January and the order has not even been done. Very unhappy.
The $200 diamond initial was a big disappointment or should I say small. It Is extremely small and it won't fit on my chain. Spent a lot of money on a piece that would be more for a child instead of an adult. All the fancy boxes and are not needed, need to be able to see the piece without a magnifying glass. Wow in tears

Do not order from mejuri. over priced and BAD customer service!
i ordered a necklace and i needed it for a special date. i ordered it 5 days before because it says on the web 2 days delivery. when it says 2 days delivery i assume i will get it in 2 days. its been 10 days and still nothing. i had to go and buy from other place. when i talked with customer service they told me it 2 days delivery but it takes 10 days to process the order. SO!!WHY CHEAT THE CUSTOMER AND WRITE 2 DAYS DELIVERY? WHO CARE AND KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROCESS TIME?! what a fraud
PSA: Never order their gold vermeil products. I bought a pair of their signature dome hoops and they have tarnished/spotted. Completely unwearable - $64 down the drain. I have Forever 21 earrings that have lasted me longer...
Incompetent, useless customer service. I've had two separate issues with my Mejuri orders (delivery issue, product quality issue). No one can ever help you or offer a solution. The company should consider introducing the concept of problem-solving to its team.
There are way more affordable jewelry brands out there now (i.e. Gorjana, Miansai). I'm no longer doing business with Mejuri and strongly encourage you also steer clear and save yourself the headache + lost $$$.
I purchased the Pave Diamond Hoops three months ago. I also have the same hoops in regular gold and was wearing both pairs at all times in my first and second holes. Within the three months one of them fell out of my ear multiple times while the other 3 never moved. Clearly there was a problem with the one, and recently fell out and I cannot find it. The earrings cost $500, and definitely should not be loose and falling out. I emailed the chat asking to PURCHASE a replacement one, and they said lost items are not covered under a warranty. When I reiterated I was not looking for them to just send me a new earring for free, I would be happy to purchase a replacement, they said no and that I would only be able to buy a whole new pair. Disappointed in a company that claims to be "luxury"

I have a number of pieces from Mejuri: 14k gold solo diamond necklace, 14k gold rings and a couple of gold vermeil necklaces (horoscope & shell), which I bought between 2018-2019. I noticed that their gold vermeil quality has gone downhill BY A LOT. While my gold vermeil necklaces from 2 years ago are still in good shape/no discolouration (they are honestly my favorite pieces), a gold vermeil necklace that I got in Apr’20 tarnished within a month after 2 wears. I had no choice but to throw it out because it just looked awful. I did leave a review on the website and Mejuri got back to me with the usual explanation (keep it in the bag, no contact with lotion/perfume, etc - which I did all that btw). They did offer me a store credit for the necklace, but I have not been able to use the credit because a). I don’t trust their gold vermeil quality anymore, b). Their 14k gold pricing has gone up and it’s no longer “affordable luxury” to me.
I am disappointed because as Mejuri scaled up their business, they cheaped out on the quality of the vermeil. There is a now a huge retail gap between the gold vermeil and real gold. Not everyone can shell out $300 or more for an “everyday jewelry”, especially during this time of uncertainties. Maybe that’s their new business strategy, to trade customers up to real gold and spend way more per piece *shrug* I used to like Mejuri a lot, but not anymore...
The worst customer service. I had to start three different email chains when one of my earrings broke 2 weeks after receiving them. They kept dismissing emails and when they finally said they’d send me another pair and asked for my address and contact information, they never sent me any confirmation of shipment and after multiple follow ups and almost a month passing I haven’t heard from them.
I got the vermeil zodiac necklace for my birthday in October. I wore it only once (since it's a pandemic, I have had no reason to dress up and wear jewelry). Today, after 3 months, I decided to take it out of its pouch to try it on and was shocked to see how it has tarnished. I cant believe it!!! I literally only wore it once over a sweater. No perfume, water or skin was directly touching the necklace. I am NEVER shopping here again. The necklace was over $100. Such a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy your jewelry from Dollarama if you intend on wearing it only once. Mejuri is a rip off! These poor girls splurge on this company without realizing they are spending their money on cheap garbage. And its funny how mejuri disabled their website reviews feature, I would have loved to leave my comment there BUT THE OPTION IS DISABLED. GEE I WONDER WHY HMM
Beautiful jewellery and great customer service. After ordering a couple of rings in their Black Friday sale, I expected the shipment to arrive after Christmas - this was advised early on by a lovely contact at Mejuri, as one of the pieces was on back order when I ordered and the other was to be engraved. To my delight, the shipment was sent earlier than planned and sped through customs in the UK (a mere 3 days from shipping to delivery). As advertised, any customs/handling fees were taken care of at their end and I received my shiny presents without paying anything extra. A few weeks of daily wear later, I am definitely still happy with the quality of the gold and shine of the diamonds and I thoroughly recommend their 14k gold jewellery.
Love my diamond necklace! Did all my Xmas shopping in their Black Friday sale. Their pricing is normally very affordable!
I have invested in many pieces from Mejuri. Always being extremely happy with my purchases I was sad when my curb chain literally had a weak link and broke. Customer service was helpful and Mejuri stood by their product. They will keep this happy customer who has their eye on more pieces!
